The whole alley, just for your birthday!

Facility Rental minimum of 2 hours. Hosts are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to event start time for setup. Includes the use of the entire facility (all 8 lanes), unlimited bowling, bowling shoes and balls for up to 75 people.

Food and beverages purchased elsewhere are not allowed, with the exception of food required to accommodate special dietary requirements, fruit/veggie trays, and mini water bottles for childrens’ parties. And special desserts are allowed.

Alcoholic beverages must be purchased on site. Unopened wine bottles may be brought in, and we will collect a $10/bottle corkage fee to serve.

Please collect any tape used to hang decorations, and do not decorate with glitter.

Reservations require payment in full, unless something else has been prearranged.

Reservation payments are 75% refundable if cancelled at least 45 days prior to reservation date, and 50% refundable if cancelled at least 1 month prior to reservation date. To cancel or reschedule a reservation prior to the deadline, please contact Epiphany Lanes by emailing [email protected].

When making a party reservation, please book as accurately as possible. Reservations are made 30 minutes apart from each other so party extensions are usually not possible.

In the event that your group is late, and there is a party immediately following yours, you will forfeit, without refund, the amount of time lost at the start.

We strive to provide the best service to our guests. Occasionally there is a mechanical breakdown on lane(s) or other unexpected circumstance (such as inclement weather) that causes changes to your reservation. Epiphany Lanes reserves the right to alter the number of lanes available, or to alter the time/date of your event.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Everyone must comply with the following rules:
– Names/initials/numbers identifying each bowler must be entered at the controller at each lane before bowling is enabled.
– Children will be supervised by a Responsible Adult and/or other adults appointed by the Responsible Adult. The risk of injury to the bowlers/children in my group is real. For instance, bowling lanes are necessarily slippery and involve heavy machinery. Responsible Adult, for themself and the bowlers, must knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for participation.
– When a ball is thrown, it must return before a second ball may be thrown. If a ball does not return, STOP BOWLING and notify bowling alley staff.
– No food or beverage allowed on the bowling approach.
– Abuse of any of the above will cause the lanes to be shut down and bowling halted until any given situation is rectified.
– Time lost during resolution of any of the above issues will not be regained.
